My Policies
Please read through these policies before placing your order. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out.
Because every set is custom-made to order specifically for you, all sales are final once production has begun.
Defective or damaged nails: If you receive nails that are defective, broken, or damaged during shipping, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. I'll replace the affected nails or issue store credit toward a future order.
Sizing issues: I custom-size every nail from the photos you provide. If nails do not fit due to unclear or incorrect sizing photos, replacement nails are available as an add-on. I strongly recommend following the Sizing Guide carefully before submitting your order.
Non-refundable: Design choices (color, shape, art style) are not grounds for a refund once production has begun, as all sets are made to the specifications provided at checkout.
If you have a concern about your order, please reach out before leaving a review — I genuinely want every customer to be happy with their set.
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order, provided that production has not yet begun. To request a cancellation, please contact me immediately via the contact form or Facebook DM.
Once I've begun working on your set (typically within 1–2 business days of order placement), cancellations can no longer be accepted. This policy exists because significant time and materials are invested in each custom set from the very beginning.
If you need to change any details about your order (color, shape, length, design), please contact me as soon as possible — changes are often possible if production hasn't started yet.
All sets have a production time of 3–5 business days from the date your order is received and confirmed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Local Pickup: I'll message you privately to arrange a convenient local meetup once your set is ready. Please arrange pickup within 5 days of notification.
Shipping Orders: Shipping adds an additional 3–5 business days to your estimated delivery window. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 6–10 business days.
During busy periods or holidays, turnaround times may be slightly longer. I'll always communicate any expected delays directly with you.
As a custom nail service, accurate sizing is the customer's responsibility. I use the sizing photos you provide during checkout to custom-cut each nail to your measurements.
If nails do not fit due to incorrect or unclear sizing photos, I unfortunately can't offer replacements free of charge. I strongly recommend following my Sizing Guide carefully before submitting your photos.
Tips for accurate sizing:
Replacement nails are available as an add-on at a $5 flat fee for up to 4 nails if you need a different size after receiving your order.
I offer flat-rate shipping of $6 to anywhere within the United States. I don't currently ship internationally.
Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail, depending on package size. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.
Estimated Delivery: 3–5 business days after your set is completed (excluding production time). Total estimated time from order to delivery is 6–10 business days.
Please note: Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, I'm not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact me and I'll do my best to help resolve the situation.
